If you wish to cancel your order (before it's been shipped), you may, however please make sure you have the funds and want the item before purchasing. If you refund too many times, you will be barred from shopping in any of the artists stores as the refunds actually costs the artist in lost fees, depending on how you paid.

Once the product has been mailed, it is out of the artists hands in terms of package treatment and how long it takes. You can also no longer cancel or refund the order at this point.

All mailed packages have a "DO NOT BEND" sticker on them however If there are any issues or damage to your received products upon arrival, please take photos of the issues and send them to the artist within 14 days of being received so we can work towards a solution, replacement, etc.

There are no returns or exchanges on these items. They are final sale of a limited quantity item and I do not offer other products to exchange them with. I am not Amazon, I am a small business of one person.
