Pain Tracker Body Stickers

I wanted to make these available to others who may be in a similar boat as me: trying to track their chronic pain to get medical help, for better management, etc.

I have a bullet journal and am tracking various things but it makes it much quicker and easier to find a specific set of common things I track by using stickers that I then use coloured pens/markets to mark the areas affected, that way I don't have to somehow remember it after the fact or spend tons of time trying to describe exactly where. I can also show easily if something spreads or not.

I've attached a feminine, masculine and a more androgynous body sticker. The sheets fit 8.5x11 inch sticker paper. What sticker paper you choose is up to you and your needs but feel free to edit as needed. Just please don't re-sell edits.
